Tracking a prostate cancer drug in everyday practice

Summary

This study is observing 300 men in France who are already taking the drug olaparib for advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The goal is to see how long patients stay on the treatment in real-world clinics, monitor side effects, and learn about genetic testing patterns. It's not testing a new treatment but gathering information on how this existing drug is used and performs outside of strict clinical trials.
