Summary
This study analyzed real-world treatment patterns and outcomes for patients with advanced HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer who progressed after first-line hormone therapy. Researchers examined medical records of 1,415 patients to understand how long different second-line treatments worked and how patients fared. No new treatments were tested—this was purely an observational study using existing patient data.
