This study followed 852 people with cystic fibrosis (ages 12 and older) who were taking the drug Orkambi outside of a clinical trial. Researchers tracked how many stopped treatment, why, and measured lung function, nutrition, and infections over one year. The goal was to see how well the drug works in real-life settings, not just in controlled trials.
