Summary
This study looks at whether people with psoriasis who are doing very well on the drug guselkumab (Tremfya) can safely wait longer between injections. Researchers will follow 100 adults whose doctors have already extended their dosing intervals beyond the standard 9 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach keeps skin clear, reduces the burden of frequent injections, and lowers healthcare costs.
