New physio program aims to get teens with chronic pain moving again

Summary
This study tests a physiotherapist-led program for teens and young adults (ages 12-25) who have had muscle or bone pain for at least 3 months. The program uses gradual exposure to physical activity to help them become more active and reduce pain-related distress. 35 participants will be followed to see if their activity engagement and symptoms improve.
