First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This pilot study will test whether daily at-home blood pressure monitoring and medication adjustments can improve pregnancy outcomes for women with chronic hypertension. Researchers will compare remote monitoring to standard in-office care in 50 pregnant women. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and helps prevent complications like preterm birth or preeclampsia.
