First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether checking blood pressure daily at home and adjusting medication remotely can lead to better pregnancy outcomes for women with chronic high blood pressure. About 50 pregnant women will be enrolled before 23 weeks of pregnancy. Half will use remote monitoring and the other half will receive standard in-office care. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps reduce serious complications like preterm birth or preeclampsia.
