Summary

This study is testing a noninvasive treatment called REAC therapy in 60 people who have suffered a severe traumatic brain injury called diffuse axonal injury. The treatment uses gentle electrical signals to try to rebalance brain activity. Researchers will measure changes in brain waves and daily function to see if it helps recovery.
