Summary

This study looks at two ways to help older adults who are losing mobility: reablement (personalized daily tasks) and standard exercise. About 80 people aged 65+ from day care centers will take part. The goal is to see which approach better improves movement, reduces fear of falling, and boosts daily living skills.
