Summary

This study is for people whose head and neck cancer has returned after previous treatment. It tests a combination of a second round of radiation, chemotherapy, and two newer drugs (tislelizumab and pamiparib) to see if it is safe and what dose works best. About 30 participants will receive the treatment for about 15 months, with long-term follow-up for the rest of their lives.
