Summary

This study looks at how X-ray irradiation used during cancer surgery affects red blood cells. Researchers will take blood from 20 patients having tumor surgery and test how the cells' shape, flexibility, and oxygen-carrying ability change with different radiation doses. The goal is to find safe irradiation levels for treating blood during surgery.
