Radioactive seeds may boost breast cancer treatment response

Summary
This study tests whether placing tiny radioactive seeds in breast tumors before chemotherapy can help the cancer disappear completely by the time of surgery. About 194 women with early-stage breast cancer will be randomly assigned to get seeds or standard care. The goal is to see if the seeds improve treatment response and long-term outcomes.
