Summary
This study tested whether a rapid 30-minute test for gonorrhea and chlamydia helps doctors treat patients with symptoms of urethritis or cervicitis more effectively than the current standard. About 100 adults took part, providing samples during their clinic visit. The goal was to see if the fast test reduces unnecessary antibiotic use and shortens visit time.
