Summary
This study tests the long-term safety of an experimental drug, RAP-219, in 30 adults with refractory focal epilepsy (seizures that don't respond well to current treatments). Participants must have completed a previous related study. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also tracking how well the drug controls seizures over time.
