Summary
This study aims to understand if fasting during Ramadan is safe for people with primary adrenal insufficiency who take prednisolone medication. Researchers will monitor 35 participants for two weeks while they fast and two weeks while they eat normally, checking for low blood sugar and dehydration. The goal is to gather data to help guide patients and doctors on managing this condition during religious fasting periods.
