Summary
This study aims to understand the risks of fasting during Ramadan for people with primary adrenal insufficiency who take prednisolone. Researchers will monitor 35 patients for two weeks while they fast and two weeks while they don't, using continuous glucose monitors and blood tests to check for low blood sugar and dehydration. The goal is to gather safety information to help guide patients and doctors.
