Summary
This study tests a new treatment called RAK cell therapy, made from human umbilical cord blood, for people with advanced stomach cancer that has spread or come back after standard treatment. The goal is to see if it is safe and helps patients live longer without their cancer growing. About 90 adults will be randomly assigned to receive RAK cells or standard care, and researchers will track survival and side effects.
