Summary

This study tests a new treatment called RAK cell therapy for people with advanced stomach cancer that has spread or come back after standard treatments. The therapy uses immune cells from donated umbilical cord blood to help fight the cancer. The goal is to see if it can help patients live longer and keep the cancer from growing, while also checking for side effects.
