First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This early-phase study tested a combination of four drugs (romidepsin, CC-486, dexamethasone, and lenalidomide) in 26 adults with T-cell cancers that had returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal was to find a safe dose and see how well patients tolerated the therapy. Researchers also looked for signs that the treatment was shrinking tumors.
