First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called radiprodil in about 100 people with GRIN-related neurodevelopmental disorder, a rare genetic condition that can cause seizures, developmental delays, and behavioral issues. The trial has two parts: first, participants are randomly assigned to receive either radiprodil or a placebo for 16-28 weeks to see if the drug reduces seizures and other symptoms. Then, everyone can receive radiprodil in an open-label extension. The goal is to find a safe and effective treatment for this condition.
