First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called radiprodil in people with a rare genetic brain condition called GRIN-related neurodevelopmental disorder. The trial includes two groups: one with frequent seizures and one with other symptoms but fewer seizures. Participants will either receive the drug or a placebo for 16-28 weeks, then all can receive the drug in an open-label extension. The goal is to see if radiprodil reduces seizures and improves daily symptoms safely.
