Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive radiation treatment (SBRT) can reduce dangerous heart rhythms as effectively as the standard catheter ablation procedure in 60 people with advanced heart disease. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either radiation or catheter ablation. The main goal is to see if radiation can cut the number of heart rhythm episodes by at least 75% over six months, while also checking for side effects.
