Summary
This study tested a combination of targeted radiation and an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) in 51 elderly or frail patients with stage III lung cancer who could not tolerate chemotherapy. The goal was to see if this approach is safe and can shrink tumors. Results focused on side effects like lung inflammation and tumor response at 3 months.
