Radiation boosts CAR-T attack on tough lymphoma
NCT ID NCT05514327
Summary
This study is testing whether a special type of radiation treatment, given just before CAR-T cell therapy, is safe and effective for adults with a type of lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the radiation helps the CAR-T cells work better to control the cancer. Researchers will measure how well patients respond to the combined treatment and track their survival and side effects over two years.
