Can a scan and gene test predict prostate cancer treatment success?

Summary
This study looks at whether special scans and genetic tests can help predict how well high-risk prostate cancer responds to radiation and hormone therapy. About 30 participants will be followed for up to 5 years. The goal is to find early signs of poor response, not to test a new treatment.
