New hope for breast cancer survivors: radiofrequency and exercise may ease pelvic pain

Summary
This study tests whether radiofrequency therapy, pelvic floor exercises, or both can reduce pelvic symptoms like pain and dryness in breast cancer survivors. About 117 women who finished breast cancer treatment at least a year ago will take part. The goal is to find a gentle, non-drug way to improve quality of life.
