Summary
This study tests a procedure called radiofrequency ablation to treat chronic knee pain after knee replacement surgery. The treatment uses heat to target specific nerves around the knee that may be causing pain. Researchers will compare the real treatment to a placebo in 86 adults who have had knee replacement and still have significant pain. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce pain and improve daily function.
