Summary
This study tested a radioactive drug (I-131-1095) that targets prostate cancer cells. It included 120 men whose cancer had stopped responding to the drug abiraterone. Some men received the radioactive drug plus enzalutamide, while others got enzalutamide alone. The main goal was to see if the combination led to a greater drop in PSA levels, a marker of cancer activity.
