First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested several dietary supplements designed to improve gastrointestinal (GI) health. Over 1,500 adults took either an active supplement or a placebo for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in bloating, constipation, diarrhea, stomach pain, and sleep quality to see if the supplements made a difference.
