NCT ID NCT07478848
First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This early-stage trial tests whether giving radiation therapy along with the antibiotic vancomycin before standard CAR-T cell treatment is safe and doable for people with large B-cell lymphoma. About 14 adults whose lymphoma has come back or not responded to other treatments will take part. The goal is to see if this combination can reduce side effects like cytokine release syndrome and improve how well the cancer responds.
