New technology aims to cut radiation exposure during aortic repair
NCT ID NCT06549348
Summary
This study is testing whether a new imaging technology called LumiGuide can reduce radiation exposure during complex aortic aneurysm repair procedures. Researchers are comparing LumiGuide to standard fluoroscopy (X-ray guidance) in patients undergoing FEVAR surgery. The main goal is to see if the new technology significantly reduces the amount of radiation patients receive during their procedure.
