Summary
This study is observing whether a highly focused, high-dose radiation treatment can control primary kidney cancer in patients who are not candidates for surgery. It aims to gather real-world evidence on the treatment's effectiveness and safety, particularly for older or frail patients. The research will track tumor control, side effects, kidney function, and patient quality of life over time.
