Summary
This study tests if guided meditation using the Muse headband can help people sleep better, feel less stressed, and think more clearly. Researchers will track sleep patterns and mood in 40 adults with normal or mildly impaired thinking. Participants will use the headband at home and complete surveys over several weeks.
