This study tested if radial pressure wave therapy can ease pain and improve hand function in people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. 60 adults received either a modulated or constant dose of the therapy over three weekly sessions. Researchers measured pain, grip strength, and nerve function at 2 and 4 months after treatment.
