Summary

This study tested whether a special wave therapy can reduce pain and improve hand function in people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. Sixty adults received three weekly sessions of radial pressure wave therapy, with either a constant or a modulated dose. Researchers measured pain, grip strength, and nerve function over four months to see which approach works better.
