New injection could tame severe pancreatitis

Summary
This study tests a single dose of a new drug called RABI-767, given via an endoscopic ultrasound injection near the pancreas, for people with predicted severe acute pancreatitis. About 36 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either RABI-767 plus standard care or standard care alone. The main goal is to see if the drug is safe and helps prevent complications like organ failure.
