Summary

This study tests two non-drug approaches—pain education and vagus nerve stimulation—against traditional exercise for improving pain and quality of life in people with rheumatoid arthritis. About 36 adults with RA will be assigned to one of three 8-week programs. The goal is to see which method works best for reducing pain and inflammation.
