Summary
This study tests a program called R2D2 that helps families of children with type 1 diabetes cope with diabetes-related stress. The program screens for distress and offers treatment to improve blood sugar control and quality of life. About 180 children aged 8-12 and their parents will participate. The goal is to see if the program is practical and effective.
