Summary

This study tested whether adding lenalidomide to standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) could improve outcomes for people with a fast-growing type of lymphoma called diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The trial included 60 patients with medium-to-high risk disease who had not yet received treatment. Researchers measured how many patients remained cancer-free after two years and tracked side effects.
