Summary
This study looks at how the drug quizartinib moves through the body in people with severe liver impairment compared to healthy volunteers. About 12 adults aged 18 to 75 will receive a single dose, and researchers will measure drug levels and check for side effects. The goal is to understand how liver function affects the drug, not to treat any disease.
