Summary

This study looks at whether giving the drug Durvalumab within two weeks of finishing chemotherapy and radiation is possible and helpful for people with stage III lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 28 participants will receive Durvalumab early, and researchers will track how many can start on time and what side effects occur. The goal is to see if a quicker start can improve cancer control without causing extra harm.
