Summary

This study follows 200 adults with advanced chronic kidney disease as they start dialysis at home or in a center. Researchers will track quality of life, frailty, fatigue, and mood every 3 months for a year. The goal is to see if home dialysis helps people stay healthier and feel better than in-center treatment.
