Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, QUAIL-100, for safety in 12 children and young adults with high-risk acute leukemia or myelodysplastic syndrome who have already had a special type of stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and to find the right dose. Participants must be at least 10 kg and have recovered from their transplant.
