NCT ID NCT06999057
First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at how a simulated knee injury affects the way thigh muscles work in healthy young adults. Researchers will temporarily mimic knee swelling or nerve changes to measure muscle signals and strength. The goal is to better understand muscle inhibition after injury and improve future treatments. About 45 physically active people aged 18-30 will take part in a single 2-hour lab session.
