New cancer drug begins human testing for multiple advanced tumors

Summary
This is the first study in humans testing a new cancer drug called QLS5316. Researchers want to find the safest dose and see if it helps control advanced solid tumors in patients who have run out of standard treatment options. The study will enroll 300 adults with various advanced cancers including colorectal, lung, head and neck, and stomach cancers.
