New cancer drug begins human testing

Summary

This is the first study in humans testing a new cancer drug called QLS5316. Researchers will give the drug to 300 patients with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check if the drug is safe, determine the right dose, and look for early signs that it might help control cancer growth.
