New combo therapy aims to wipe out aggressive breast cancer before surgery

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug QL1706 to standard chemotherapy before surgery can eliminate all signs of triple-negative breast cancer in 30 people with stage II or III disease. Participants receive the combination for about 4 months, then have surgery. The main goal is to see how many have no cancer left at that point.
