New hope for lung cancer patients with no standard target

Summary
This study tests a new drug called QL1706 combined with chemotherapy for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that does not have a specific protein (PD-L1) or genetic mutations. About 606 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either QL1706 plus chemo or another drug (tislelizumab) plus chemo. The goal is to see if the new combination helps patients live longer and controls the disease better.
