Summary
This study compares two exercise programs—qigong (a gentle movement practice) and Otago (a standard balance and strength program)—in 44 adults with type 2 diabetes and nerve damage in their feet. The goal is to see which one better improves agility, balance, walking, and quality of life. Participants must be able to walk 10 meters and have a specific balance score to join.
