NCT ID NCT07178275

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a one-time, 60-minute Baduanjin Qigong session can quickly lower anxiety, improve mood, and speed up reaction time in occupational therapy students aged 18-25. Each participant will try both the Qigong session and a control activity on different days, with their anxiety, mood, and reaction time measured before and after. If effective, Qigong could offer a simple, low-cost way to help students manage stress in daily life.
